Galeria Caribé
SAO PAULO, Brazil
The modernist project from 1960 by the renowned architect and designer of the 50s, Jorge Zalszupin, located in front of Ibirapuera Park in São Paulo and close to important cultural points, has housed the Caribé Gallery since 1997.
With large rooms with high ceilings, the Gallery has capacity for 500 people. Among its charms is its privileged location in the Vila Nova Conceição neighborhood. Directed by the dealer brothers Sergio and Luiz Carlos Caribé, the gallery became known for its successful exhibitions.
Specialized in Modern and Contemporary Art, the Caribé brothers have been active in the Brazilian art market since 1984, selling important paintings and sculptures, and representing great artists from the national scene. Sergio and Luiz excel at offering their clients works of excellent origin.
Galeria Caribé also acts as a partner in publishing cultural books: “A. Marx - The Painter of Nature, Verona”; “History and Passion and Avenida Paulista”; “Carlos Araújo”; “Wakabayashi”; “Gerchman”; “Frans Krajcberg” among others.
