Guided tours

Guided tours offered or organized by third parties
SP–Arte’s principle is to promote the development of the art market and the actions of its exhibitors, sponsors, and institutional partners, as well as sector agents such as curators, researchers, artists, collectors, art advisors, institutional managers, etc.

Considering the number of activities organized around and within the event, and with the aim of ensuring that everyone has a good experience at the fair, we request that the organizers of guided tours follow the guidelines below:

Guided tours can be conducted from Thursday to Sunday (August 31 to September 3) during the fair’s public opening hours (i.e., outside the restricted hours for guests);

Groups must have up to 10 people, be accompanied by a responsible person, and use headphones. The headphones can be personal or rented in advance through Intuit Audiovisual, which will be present at the fair. Get in touch with bruno@intuitaudiovisual.com.br to make a headphone reservation;

Entry to the booths must be arranged in advance with the respective gallery owners since, due to the size of the stand or the fragility of some artworks, some galleries prefer not to receive groups;

When visiting stands with an area of 40m2 or less, the group must stay in the aisle to avoid blocking the entrance for other visitors;

Tickets for entry to the fair must be provided by the visitors themselves or by the tour organizers. Tickets can be purchased through the SPArte website. For purchases of more than 30 tickets, printed tickets can be acquired. Please contact atendimento@sp-arte.com for more information;

We kindly ask for the guided tours to be informed at least 3 days in advance via email to atendimento@sp-arte.com with the subject “Guided Tour”;

Plaques or other materials with identification logos cannot be used during the tours. For more information on this topic, please refer to the “Branding Exhibition” item.

Branding exhibition
Displaying brands and distributing gifts, products, bags, catalogs, flyers, leaflets, etc., with or without the identification of the brands offering them, is not authorized within the fair, except for those from exhibitors, sponsors, and institutional partners.

Please be aware that such activities are regulated and taxed by the Municipality of São Paulo and may be stopped by the SPArte team.

Use of SP-Arte’s trademark, logo, and intellectual property
