Visiting with children
Admission is free for children under age 10. Parents or guardians need to check the warnings about inappropriate content. It is not allowed to run and to touch the artworks. Children must be under adult supervision during the visit.
For your comfort, baby changing stations are located in the toilets.
Lockers
We provide free lockers at the entrance. Due to security measures, large volumes, bags, briefcases, suitcases and backpacks (larger than 40 x 20 x 40 cm) are not allowed and must be deposited at the Coat & Bag Check. Bags can be subject to inspection.
Lost and found
For lost items please contact the service counter at the entrance.
Forbidden items
Umbrellas with a long handle, guns, self-defense and/or any sharp objects, wheeled recreational devices (skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, etc.) are prohibited on the event grounds.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the fair premises.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the fair premises.
Security
Security inspection
SP–Arte has security monitoring during the event, including guards in the fair interior and vigilant cameras at the entrances and exits. In addition, the event has actions of inspection that have to be accomplished by the visitors, under the risk of denial of admittance or removal from the show.
Guided tours offered or organized by third parties
Given the number of activities organized within the event, and with the aim of ensuring that everyone has a good experience at the fair, we request that organizers of guided tours follow the guidelines below:
→ Guided tours can be conducted from Thursday to Sunday (April 4th to 7th), between 1 pm and 7 pm (between 1 pm and 6 pm during the weekend). We recommend not conducting guided tours during peak fair hours, such as Thursday and Friday from 5 pm onwards and during the weekend.
→ Guided tours on Wednesday (April 3rd) are limited. On this day, only sponsors can conduct guided tours, which must be previously arranged by email atendimento@sp-arte.com.
→ Groups should consist of up to 10 people, be accompanied by a responsible person, and use headphones. Headphones can be owned or rented in advance from Intuit Audiovisual, which will be present at the fair. Contact bruno@intuitaudiovisual.com.br to reserve headphones.
→ It is prohibited to enter the booths without consent from the gallery owners;
→ The purchase of more than 30 tickets must be made via atendimento@sp-arte.com;
→ We request that tours be informed at least 3 days in advance by email to atendimento@sp-arte.com with the subject “Guided Tour.”
→ Plaques or other materials with identification logos cannot be used. Regarding this issue, please pay attention to the “Exhibition of Brands” item.
Disclosure
Photos and videos
Feel free to take pictures and videos while you’re at SP–Arte. We only ask that you refrain from using flash, cameras with telephoto or wide-angle lenses, tripods, and drones to avoid disrupting other visitors.
Coverage and filming
Coverage and dissemination of actions taken at SP–Arte should be carried out by professionals accredited in advance by the SP–Arte press office. They will provide the terms and conditions under which the coverage should be conducted. Please send your request to gabrielamarcal@a4eholofote.com.br and neilacarvalho@a4eholofote.com.br. Media outlets, hired influencers, and/or those approved for producing content compatible with SP–Arte, as well as press agents of exhibitors, sponsors, and institutional partners of SP–Arte can be accredited.
Image registration and usage
The fair is filmed, and its image may be used for registration and dissemination purposes, without commercial intent.
Distribution of advertising material
The distribution of leaflets or any other marketing materials from third parties not related to the event is not allowed. Engaging in such activity will result in the removal of all materials.
Branding exhibition
Displaying brands and distributing gifts, products, bags, catalogs, flyers, leaflets, etc., with or without the identification of the brands offering them, is not authorized within the fair, except for those from exhibitors, sponsors, and institutional partners.
Use of SP-Arte’s trademark, logo, and intellectual property
The SP–Arte trademark, its logos, and visual identity materials are proprietary and can only be used and disseminated by SP–Arte itself, its exhibitors, sponsors, and institutional partners, as agreed upon by them. The use of these materials in the promotion of guided tours and other services by third parties is not authorized.
If you are interested in using elements of SP–Arte’s visual identity, make sure to obtain prior and express authorization by requesting it in advance and in writing to comunicacao@sp-arte.com.
Accessibility
SP–Arte is accessible for visitors with disabilities. Wheelchairs are offered complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be picked up at the Coat & Bag Check in the main entrance. An interpreter of Brazilian Language of Signs is available to visitors at the entrance.
