Ernesto Neto
Brazil, 1964
Ernesto Neto creates spaces for exchange that ask the viewer to overcome mere visual contemplation and engage, in the act of enjoyment, the plurality of their senses. The work experienced from the body prevails in the axis of his proposal. Present in a large part of his production, these forms that touch each other in space, also inviting the public to establish contact with them, promote an experience of sensuality and physical union that blurs the border between one and the other and establishes continuity between different bodies.
